My training approach draws on Carl Rogers' work. It is holistic, practical, and based on learning through experience.
The learner is at the center of the process. I focus on each person's desire to learn and find meaning in their actions and work, while also considering the wider organization and the relationships between people.
My job is to create a training environment that enables change.
Carl Rogers saw self-actualization as the main driver of personal growth and the development of the whole person. In other words, the drive to realize our potential helps us develop our abilities.
